Worlds Tallest Building
Planned to be opened in 2009, the Burj Dubai will be the world's tallest building located at the "First Interchange" along Sheikh Zayed Road at Doha Street. Designed by Adrian Smith and has a whopping $4 billion US dollar budget! Developed by Dubai's Emaar properties, the design is inspired by the indigenous desert flowers while offering structural reinforcement as the swirl shape makes it steardier as it gets higher.
Palm Islands
The Palm Islands in Dubai are the three largest artificial islands in the world and located off the coast of The United Arab Emirates in the Persian Gulf, adding 520 km of beach real estate. The Palm Jumeirah and Palm Jebel Ali will comprise approximately 100 million cubic meters of rock and sand. Palm Deira will be composed of approximately 1 billion cubic meters of rock and sand and will be roughly the size of Paris. Between the three islands there will be over 100 luxury hotels, exclusive residential beach side villas and apartments, marinas, water theme parks, restaurants, shopping malls, sports facilities and health spas.
Dubailand: world's largest amusement park

Underwater Luxury Hotel
Hydropolis, the world's first underwater luxury resort will be 66 feet below the surface of the Persian Gulf with 220 guest suites. Claustrophobic? Reinforced by concrete and steel, its Plexiglas walls and bubble-shaped dome ceilings offer sights of fish and other sea creatures.

With 22,500-square metres of indoor ski area, Sky Dubai is a part of the Mall of the Emirates,
and is at a constant -1 Celsius during the day and -6 Celsius at night when they are make it snow!
