Filled with restaraunts and shops. Has a movie theater and always has some sort of event going on there. In the winter they have an ice skating rink.

I've been there many times but I remember one time in particular! New Years Eve with my cousin and a good friend Pure bliss!!
Hard Rock Cafe and Saddle Ranch are the best!! oh yeah AND The Rumba Room and Piano Bar...
