One of the most relaxed places ive been. your right in the middle of one of the largest cities in the world but you could be a million miles away. All the way from the turtles in the ponds to the birds in the aviarys; all cities should have this.

One of the scariest things in the world. a hundred year old tram pulling you at a 45 degree angle straight up a mountain. at each stop you think the cables gonna snap and its away down the slope. its really cool though.

This place is the setting of the greatest Mcdonalds in the world. It sits on top of the peak and has an amazing view of the forests and bay behind Hong Kong. Best fast food on the planet.

They used to have rock nights down in the Basement of the connaught back in 2001. I was once involved in a brilliant riot that occured afterwards once.

Hong Kong is a place of beautiful contradictions. It is a huge city on a scale with any skyscraper ridden land scape with massive traffic congestion and overpopulation. but at the same time every part of the city is well looked after and every spare balcony or corner is made into a garden or an aviery.
Hong Kong represents the true scale of mankinds inventiveness nestled in stunnig nataraul beauty.
